Spoken English Trainer

1. **Conduct Training Sessions**: Deliver engaging and interactive spoken English training sessions for individuals and groups of varying proficiency levels, focusing on pronunciation, fluency, grammar, vocabulary, and overall communication skills.

2. **Customized Lesson Planning**: Develop lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of learners, considering their specific language challenges, goals, and progress.

3. **Speaking and Listening Activities**: Facilitate speaking and listening exercises that enhance students' confidence and ability to communicate effectively in English.

4. **Assessment and Feedback**: Regularly assess students' performance through quizzes, mock speaking tests, and verbal evaluations. Provide constructive feedback and suggest improvement strategies.

5. **Interactive Learning Methods**: Utilize role-plays, debates, discussions, and real-life scenarios to make learning more practical and relatable for students.

6. **Monitor Student Progress**: Track and record student progress, offering additional support and resources where needed to ensure continued improvement in speaking and comprehension.

7. **Motivate and Encourage Learners**: Create a positive and supportive learning environment to boost students' confidence in speaking English.

8. **Conduct Mock Interviews and Public Speaking Sessions**: Prepare students for interviews, presentations, or public speaking events by providing specialized training on confidence, clarity, and articulation.

9. **Curriculum Development**: Assist in updating and improving training materials and curriculum based on modern trends and student feedback.

10. **Administrative Duties**: Maintain accurate student records, attendance logs, and progress reports. Collaborate with the training center or institution's management for reporting and course planning.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Prior experience in teaching or training English as a second language is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
