Role and responsibilities
- Purpose of the role
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Executive Tender & Projects in the Kolkata metropolitan area at KSL Cleantech Limited. The Executive Tender & Projects will look after creating Tender search, evaluation, documentation, submission, Post tender, collection of BG, Empanelment/Enlistment, Sales and Marketing, tracking of EMD/SD/PBG, statutory documentation.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Tendering & Projects**
- Tender Search
- Searing Tenders with our keywords at regular interval of various departments.
- Evaluation
- Examining tender documents, the scope of work, determining qualifications, and financial criteria, making presentations, and providing information to management to obtain bidding approval.
- Documentation
- Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications.
- Submission
- To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions.
- Post Tender
- Post-tender negotiations after the tender evaluation process has been concluded and before awarding the contract award.
- Collection of BG- To collect the Bank Guarantees, submitted with tender after expiry of warranty periods or after price opening.
- Empanelment/Enlistment
- To find out EOI documents on regular basis and get empanelled in PSU or individually get empanelled in various organisations.
- Client Visit
- Visiting of various Govt./Private offices for correspondences.
- Tracking of EMD/SD/PBG- Tracking of unsuccessful tender and collect EMD/BG, racking of successful tender and get back end and coordinate submission of BG.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any stream

Experience
- Required experience
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as Tender Executive

Working Structure
- Days
- 6 days working

(Monday to Saturday-1st and 3rd)

Timings
- 10 a.m. to 06:30 p.m.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
