Urgently, we are hiring **Hotel Receptionist-Front Office Executive **positions for one of our prestigious Pharma clients **at Shamirpet Turkapally Location** with 1-3 years of experience in front office works.

**Experience**:1-3 years of experience in Front office activities.
**Salary**:18k-20k (Based on experience)
**Location**:Shamirpet, Turkapally

**Staying near to work locations preferable - Alwal, Bowen Pally, Turkapally, Genom valley, Lalgadi Malakpet.**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Guest welcome
- Inbound and outbound calls handling
- Answering phone calls and forwarding calls to respective departments
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events.
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handling enquiries and sorting mail.
- Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks

**Immediate Joining preferable.**

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
