**Shape financial planning strategy**:
As the Subsea Service Project Cost Controller you will be responsible to support the process from order acceptance, through execution and delivery. You will oversee and collaborate with Project Managers in project cost controlling and analysis
As the Subsea Service Project Cost Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Documenting the execution and delivery of orders that have been formally accepted
- Controlling cost throughout project execution and collaborate Project Managers to build opportunities for margin expansion
- Liaising with the Commercial team (ITO) to contract handover and create Contract / Project in ERP
- Analyzing and reviewing bi-weekly cost vs bid budget with Project Managers
- Preparing and submit pre-approvals monthly billing and work with customer to resolve issues to achieve financial targets
- Monitoring project status, and work with Operations to ensure on time delivery
- Meet the Customer reporting requirements
**Fuel your passion**:
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor's degree or equivalent in commerce / finance / accounting.
- Have 3+ years experience in Project accounting, contract management, cost controlling preferably in Subsea O&G Services.
- Have knowledge of services operations, inventory & warehouse operations and Project Billing
- Have in-depth knowledge and experience in using ERP system (especially Oracle) with Microsoft Excel skills is an added advantage
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills including English language proficiency
- Be of an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions
