Make outbound calls to dealers, distributors, and potential customers to promote Enicet Bathware products.
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and feedback in CRM or Excel sheets.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries professionally and provide accurate product information.
- Coordinate with field sales and marketing teams for client follow-ups and order closures.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Maintain good product knowledge to effectively pitch and handle objections.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through regular engagement and service updates
- **Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele sales, telecalling, or inside sales (preferably in building materials, bathware, or FMCG).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge - Excel, WhatsApp Business, and calling.
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream).

Pay: ₹8,973.58 - ₹15,000.00 per month
