Ø **DEPARTMENT RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Troubleshooting & Calibration of various instruments like Transmitters, Analytical instruments, Panel instruments, Control valves, On/off valves ,Weighing machine etc
- Preliminary troubleshooting of UPS, Telecommunication system, PA system, Punching machine, Walkie-Talkie system ,CCTV system
- Inspection of new & repaired instrument received at store.
- Assist in instrumentation commissioning of new project
- Critical process On line pH measurement system calibration on daily basis
- All plant Weighing machine calibration on weekly basis.
- Carry out Preventive maintenance of Critical & non critical instruments as per schedule.
- Keeping history record of Breakdowns, spare parts availability & consumption within dept, Calibration records etc.
- Data collection from different plant location for steam and NG consumption on daily basis.

Ø **EHS RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure proper functioning of pH measurements systems, SO2 leak detectors, On Line SO2 analyzer of Vent scrubber system.
- Documentation of ISO 9001 and 14001 as per procedure

Ø **HK RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Maintain good housekeeping inside instrument dept. & surrounding

**Salary**: ₹157,708.23 - ₹270,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

- Instrument: 3 years (preferred)
