**Job Description: International BPO - Blended Process**

**Position**: Customer Service Representative
**Process Type**: Blended (Voice + Non-Voice)
**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000 per month (including performance-based bonus)
**Shift Timing**: Night Shift
**Working Days**: 5 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)
**Performance Bonus**: ₹2,000 to ₹3,000 per month
**Experience**: Freshers Welcome (HSC and Graduates both eligible)
**Location**: Mira Bhayandar, Mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service, resolving queries and providing product/service information.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while addressing customer concerns.
- Meet performance targets such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate issues to the supervisor/manager as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: HSC (12th) / Graduate (Any field).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible with night shifts and rotational week-offs.
