**Position Title**: HVAC Supervisor

**Location**: Saudi Arabia

**Salary Range**: 8,000 SAR - 11,000 SAR
**Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (relevant field)
**Experience**: Minimum of 10 years of hands-on maintenance experience in the HVAC field

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Supervise and evaluate the performance of HVAC personnel to ensure optimal productivity and quality.
- Plan and monitor the implementation of Maintenance Management Systems (MMS) and quality assurance procedures.
- Assess HVAC equipment and systems performance, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and site readiness.
- Analyze performance data and prepare comprehensive reports for HVAC management.
- Plan and oversee repairs and overhauls of HVAC equipment and systems.
- Provide guidance and training to subordinates to support their professional development.
- Manage inventory of HVAC spare parts and consumables to ensure availability and cost control.
- Resolve end-user complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and follow up on installation and commissioning of new HVAC systems and equipment.
- Supervise a team of three to seven HVAC Foremen, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
- Provide input and recommendations regarding employment decisions affecting assigned staff.
- Prepare accurate estimates for materials and labor for various HVAC projects.
- Maintain stock levels for repair and replacement parts in line with maintenance requirements.
- Inspect work in progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate activities with other trades to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
- Perform other job-related duties as required.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
