Key Responsibilities:
**1. Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team calling clients
- Calling inquiries received on social platforms like websites, Alibaba, IndiaMART etc.
- Coordinate and follow up with customers on every day basis
- Maintain data on each client, prepare weekly report, and send to management for review.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

- Handle customer queries and ensure prompt response instantly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all clients.

3. Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain proper documentation for sales contracts and invoices.
- Organize and manage the sales team's schedule and meetings.

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi and optional regional languages.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of chemical raw materials or prior experience in the chemical industry will be an advantage.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
