Accountable for both execution and communication of the deployment activities across a number of Customer Platform programmes including NGCB. With a heavy emphasis on both technical and communication skills, expected to work closely with other developers, Business Analysts, Architects and Project Managers across all programs in Customer Platforms to deliver robust technical implementation of solutions in a controlled, transparent, and actively risk managed fashion

What will you be doing?
- 5+ years of ETL development and Migration experience
- 2+ years of developing experience in AWS Glue & other core AWS services (Amazon RDS, S3, Lambda, State m/c, cloud watch, MSK etc)
- 2+ years of experience in Abinitio
- 2+ years of experience in Python/Spark/PySpark
- Ability to output the results in several formats (JSON, data feeds, reports, etc.).
- Ability to perform data manipulations, load, extract from several sources of data into another schema.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the stakeholders and timely updating about the tasks in progress.
- Understanding detailed business requirements at all stages of the development lifecycle
- Communicate effectively with business users to gain an in-depth understanding of new requirements and minor system changes

What we’re looking for:

- Understanding of core AWS services, and basic AWS architecture best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL, understanding various databases(Aurora,) and ability to design schemas to meet the requirements.
- Ability to understand requirements and changes to requirements
- Ability to track technical issues, which involves examining and inspecting infrastructure to track technical issues and coming up with solutions to program problems as they arise
- Strong communication skills - in onsite / offshore engagement models

Skills that will help you in the role:

- AWS certification a plus.
