Job location - Santhome chennai

A Marketing Executive for an Educational centre is responsible for promoting the school and its programs to attract students, parents, and other stakeholders. This includes developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital marketing efforts, and organizing events to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Key Responsibilities:

- **Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategies**:Creating and executing comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the school's goals, including both online and offline campaigns.
- **Digital Marketing**:Managing the school's website, social media presence, and online advertising to reach a wider audience and engage with potential students and parents.
- **Content Creation**:Developing engaging content for various marketing channels, such as website articles, social media posts, and brochures, to highlight the school's unique offerings.
- **Event Management**:Organizing and coordinating school events, such as open days, exhibitions, and information sessions, to attract prospective students and showcase the school's environment.
- **Lead Generation and Management**:Identifying and nurturing potential leads through various marketing activities, converting them into enrolled students, and tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- **Market Research**:Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
- **Relationship Building**:Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, alumni, and community members.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- **Digital Marketing Expertise**:Proficiency in various digital marketing channels, including social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising.
- **Content Creation Skills**:Ability to create engaging and informative content for various marketing materials.
- **Event Management Skills**:Ability to plan, organize, and execute successful marketing events.
