We’re seeking an experienced and detail-obsessed Senior Pattern Maker to join our atelier, specializing in high fashion womenswear with a focus on Western silhouettes. This role requires deep expertise in working with luxurious fabrics like silks and organzas, managing a team of tailors and working with in
- house embroiderer, and overseeing garments from concept to final finish.

You will play a key role in transforming design concepts into impeccably constructed garments, ensuring precision, quality, and timely delivery at every stage of development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Translate sketches into production-ready patterns with accuracy and efficiency
- Work confidently with high-end fabrics such as silk, linen, and satin
- Supervise and manage a team of skilled tailors, ensuring quality, fit, and finishing
- Source and assess talent—tailors, hand embroiderers, finishers—based on project needs
- Maintain and grow a reliable network of fabric suppliers, craftspeople, and vendors
- Oversee the entire production process, including sampling, fittings, corrections, and garment cleaning before shipment
- Ensure adherence to production deadlines without compromising on craftsmanship
- Collaborate with designers and production leads to uphold the creative and technical integrity of every piece

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of experience in pattern making and high fashion production
- Strong background in Western apparel construction and tailored womenswear
- Proven ability to manage production teams and workrooms
- Understanding of embroidery placements, fabric handling, and finishing standards
- Strong network of contacts across fabric sourcing, embroidery units, and artisan communities
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and delivery standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-focused atelier environment

Knowing basic English will be required.
