**Tasks and deliverables the consultant is required to work on and produce:

- **
- **Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies**: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely and effective completion of sprints.
- **Manage Kanban Boards**: Oversee the use of Kanban boards to visualize work, monitor progress, and identify potential bottlenecks.
- **Coach and Mentor**: Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- **Ensure SDLC Compliance**: Ensure that the team adheres to the SDLC processes and best practices for software development.
- **Remove Impediments**: Proactively identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- **Promote Collaboration**: Encourage collaboration among team members and between the team and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- **Monitor Performance**: Track and report on team performance metrics, using data to drive improvements and achieve project objectives.
- **Facilitate Communication**: Serve as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear and open lines of communication.
- **Adaptability and Flexibility**: Be adaptable to changing project requirements and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Mandatory skills:

- **
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Experience in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Background in coaching and mentoring teams in Agile principles.

**Good to have:

- ** Agile Coach certifications

**Note:

- **The role requires a servant-leader mindset. strong in sprint retrospectives. Must understand difference between retrospectives and reviews, can pro-actively think and bring out of the box solutions or alternative approaches towards any problem & issue

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
