**Experience Level**: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment

We are looking for a skilled and motivated **OPT Recruiter** with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic recruitment team based in Hyderabad and **Mumbai**. As an OPT Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, identifying, and recruiting talented individuals with **Optional Practical Training (OPT)** status. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about talent acquisition, diversity, and contributing to the success of a growing organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **End-to-End Recruitment Process**: Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring smooth and timely hiring processes.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of the **OPT program**, visa requirements, and immigration laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and interview techniques.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with international clients and recruiting for roles in the U.S. or other international markets.
- Experience working with staffing agencies or recruitment firms.
