**Your Tasks**:

- Ability to reach out to children and create a relationship of mutual trust
- Facilitates the holistic development of the children
- physical, mental, and intellectual
- Attends to all matters of health, sickness, diet, sanitation and cleanliness
- Assists in homework, plans and organizes an education curriculum that makes learning fun, easy and meaningful
- Ensures discipline in and around the Hostel as well as an atmosphere of peace and harmony of all the residents
- Addresses medical/social and personal emergencies of all children. Accompanies children to the hospital in case of illness or injury
- Ensures that children in need of psychologically support are identified and visit a counselling session
- Assist in necessary documentation and office work
- Ability to conduct Child Committee Meetings, use of technology to impart fundamental concepts
