**Your Role**

Hosting the event and navigating through the schedule. Keeping the audience engaged and enthusiastic. Product launching or team building activities etc.

**Your Responsibility**

Maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism at all times. Keep the audience enthusiastic and make the program as joyful as possible. Ultimately, you should ensure audience is engaged and entertained from beginning to end.

**Requirements**:

- Self-grooming ability.
- Good physical condition to walk.
- Good physical and mental stamina
- Good listening and time management skills.
- Highly energetic and motivated.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Sense of humor and presence of mind.
- Strong understanding of the concept and speakers, participants and audience group.
- Ability to prepare speakers and formulate agendas/Script.
- Ability to lead the event agendas effectively.
- Ability to run an event smoothly and with strong organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
