Reporting Structure: Reports to Team Lead/ Manager

Job Summary:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate leads, explain course details, and provide relevant information to students to help them make informed decisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact the students to inform them about Gyrus Infotech and its products or services
- Answer questions about Gyrus Infotech's products or services and schedule appointments
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Provide feedback and input to Managers on customer responses and needs
- Use scripts and tools provided by the company to assist in communication and lead generation
- Meet targets for call volume and sales productivity

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and requirements
- Ability to effectively multitask and manage time
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
