**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to understand and handle architectural CAD drawings. (Working Drawing, Floorplan, Elevation) and layout.
- Capable of modelling projects from minimum sketches and supervision.
- Provide efficient modelling and converting of drawings from CAD and other modelling packages.
- Work on Architectural and Interiors 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering on visuals.
- Ability to create extremely photorealistic exterior, interior and landscape and using V-Ray, Corona Render.
- Prepare final renders and presentations for clients.
- Work closely with the design team.
- Stay updated with the latest softwares used in the modelling and visualization field and research and decide on materials and products to achieve realistic images.
- Ability to develop designs based on reference images.

**Required Skills**:

- 1 to 5 years of experience in designing residential interior spaces, ideally with international projects experience.
- Experience on tools like Sketchup, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, V Ray, Corona is required.
- Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, landscapes, modelling skill, producing high quality architectural/interior still, 360 images and animations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Fully conversant in using an creating modelling from architectural plans, sketches, elevations, and knowledge of related visualization techniques and photo realistic rendering techniques

**Experience**:

- AutoCAD/Sketchup/3DS Max : 1+ year (required)
- 3D Modelling: 1 year (required)
