**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients or customers based in international markets.

2. Introduce company products or services and explain their features and benefits.

3. Engage in persuasive communication to generate interest and qualify leads.

4. Follow scripted talking points and adapt communication style to different customer personas.

5. Gather and document relevant customer information accurately in the CRM system.

6. Handle objections and address concerns effectively to maintain customer interest.

7. Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or follow-up calls for the sales team.

8. Meet daily or weekly call quotas and targets as set by the sales or marketing manager.

9. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all interactions with customers.

10. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as an outbound telecaller or telemarketer in an international setting.

2. Excellent communication skills in English, with a neutral accent and clear pronunciation.

3. Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively over the phone.

4. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

5. Familiarity with CRM software and call center telephony systems.

6. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling rejection positively.

8. Bachelors or masters degree in business administration ; additional certification in sales or telemarketing is a plus.

9. Flexibility to work shifts that may align with different time zones.

10. Resilience and persistence to overcome challenges and objections during calls.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- UK shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:
