Dialysis Technician

**Job Title**: Dialysis Technician (Male/Female)
**Location**: Bidar | Gulbarga
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare dialysis machines and ensure they function correctly before each treatment.
- Perform dialysis treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Monitor patients during treatment, record vital signs, and respond to any complications.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of treatments and patient progress.
- Sterilize and maintain dialysis equipment and ensure hygiene standards.
- Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures and post-treatment care.
- Collaborate with nephrologists, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
- Participate in training and upskilling sessions as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Certificate in Dialysis Technology from a recognized institute.
- Good knowledge of dialysis equipment and patient care standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate and work flexible shifts (if required).

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience working in multi-specialty hospitals or dialysis centers.
- Basic computer skills for EMR documentation.
