We are looking for a talented and experienced Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive websites that provide an exceptional user experience. You will work closely with our development and marketing teams to ensure our web designs meet the highest standards of functionality and aesthetics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop visually engaging websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative web design solutions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
- Maintain and update existing websites as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- MUST KNOW FIGMA AND ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Web Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SEO principles is a plus.
- Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

- Jalandhar - 144001, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
