**NAPS APPRENTICE**

**Job Title**: Data Entry Operator (**NAPS APPRENTICE**)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data accurately into databases and systems.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering.
- Perform data backups and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in generating reports and spreadsheets as needed.
- Maintain and organize files and documents for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
- Follow company policies and procedures for data management.
- Provide support in maintaining computer systems and software used for data entry.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of ITI COPA course or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and other relevant software.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with data entry tools and software is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
