**Maintenance & Care taking**: Air conditioning, Civil, Electrical, Sanitary & Plumbing, Painting, Lifts, Fire Fighting systems, Generators, Cleaning, Pest Control and allied installations to reduce costs and improve quality of existing services:
**Contracts**: Operation, Maintenance, Labour & Security contractors -negotiating agreements & renewals, costing and budgeting, purchase of consulmables and maintaining record of same, overseeing attendance & performance of staffs.

**Buildings**: Maintenance and supervision of Building-KMC liasoning, Overseeing electricity matters, Inspection of Lifts, Parking and residents permit, Development related supervison.

**Legal**: -Liasoning with solicitors,Drafting of agreements & renewals,tracking cases & case papers,recovery of dues.

**Any other task as assigned.**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
