**KRA -District Coordinator
- Nagpur**
- Conduct door-to-door/ group outreach in villages and urban areas to identify PwDs.
- Organize awareness campaigns in collaboration with local bodies (gram panchayats, SHGs, ASHAs, Anganwadis, district collector, district disability office, etc).
- Conduct skill and interest mapping of PwDs in the district.
- Identify suitable training partners and ensure PwDs' participation in skilling programs.
- Connect trained PwDs to local employers, wage employment, or promote micro-entrepreneurship via Y4J / Govt schemes (NRLM, PMEGP, MUDRA, etc.).
- Support with bank linkages, market access, and mentoring.
- Build partnerships with**:District Disability Welfare Officers, DEIC, RSETI, MSME, NRLM, NGOs and DPOs working with PwDs, Panchayati Raj Institutions and district administration.

**Ideal Profile of District Coordinator**
- Experience in disability, rural development, or livelihoods sector.
- Fluency in Marathi (local dialect preferred).
- Passionate about grassroots empowerment and inclusion.
- Preferably person with disabilities

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
