**- Tax code configurations in SAP, for all needed cases (Outgoing, incoming, full, reduced, zero, non-deductable, non-tax relevant etc)
- determination in SAP via Condition records
- Understand the tax code classification on Sundry materials and customer/vendor master (review and explain to business).
- Agency module (Client Entrepreneur model), understand it and be able to explain it to business.
- Ability to set up, and walk through all known trading flows with local businesses to gather data to ensure all scenarios are set up and covered in SAP
- Ability to learn and understand Client’s SAP solutions and trading flows with or without legacy systems, for AR and AP invoices and explain them to businesses.
- Understand the complexity when Foreign VAT registrations are used in the existing trading flows
- Validate VAT outcome in SIT and UAT testing.
- Manage VAT reporting in SIT, UAT and go live support
- Manage EC Sales list reporting in SIT, UAT and go-live support.
- Manage Intrastat reporting in SIT, UAT and go live support
- Manage any local requirement like UK, Making Tax digital solution, Spain SII reporting, Poland, Portugal, Norway SAF-T reporting etc.
- Work closely with the Sales team and Purchasing team to ensure correct Tax codes are derived/used.
- Have somewhat EU knowledge of VAT and related legal requirements (varies from country to country)
