**Job Title**: Purchase Executive

**Location**: Bagru, Jaipur
**Reports To**: Purchase Manager / Supply Chain Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Purchase Executive is responsible for procuring raw materials, machinery, tools, and other goods and services required for manufacturing operations. This role ensures timely, cost-effective, and quality procurement from reliable vendors while maintaining inventory levels and supporting production requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
- Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival of goods.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store and production teams to plan procurement.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure all purchased items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Stores, Finance) to ensure smooth procurement and payment processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in auditing and reconciling purchase orders and invoices.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-4 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
- Good knowledge of procurement procedures and supply chain principles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of raw materials and industrial supplies.
- Experience in vendor development and evaluation.
- Understanding of quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
