Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Experience: 3-5 Years

Location: Chennai (hybrid)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads and others.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, product) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Manage budgets and optimize spending to maximize ROI and achieve lead generation and conversion goals.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, copy, and targeting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficient in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
