The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their digital marketing needs, offering solutions, and ensuring the smooth execution of digital campaigns. This role involves direct communication with clients over phone calls to support and maintain positive client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to potential clients to introduce digital marketing services.
- Follow up on leads generated
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand the client’s business and marketing needs.
- Propose digital marketing strategies that align with the client's objectives
- Address client inquiries regarding services, pricing, and campaign progress.
- Provide detailed information on various digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Ensure clarity on project timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
- Gather feedback from clients on ongoing campaigns and projects.
- Ensure clients receive timely updates and reports on campaign performance.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills to handle calls, explain services, and engage clients effectively.
- Ability to understand client needs, offer solutions, and maintain positive relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, track conversations, and follow up on projects.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
