**Detailed Job Description***:Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans and cases.
- Conduct end-to-end functional testing of **custom-built (bespoke) software**.
- Identify, document, and track bugs through issue tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and UX teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Validate bug fixes and enhancements through regression testing.
- Create and maintain testing documentation including test cases, test data, and test reports.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of the Agile process.

**Required Skills**:

- Hands-on experience in software testing.
- Strong knowledge of **mobile app testing** (iOS/Android).
- Experience with **performance/load testing tools** (e.g., Apache JMeter, BlazeMeter, LoadRunner).
- Basic SQL & Loan journey experience
- Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Familiarity with issue/bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
- Knowledge of testing tools like Postman (for API testing) and browser dev tools.
- Good communication and analytical skills.

Good communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Certification in Software Testing (ISTQB or similar) is a plus. Location: Churchgate
