We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Store Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will represent our company products in showrooms and retail stores, build relationships with franchise partners, and drive sales growth. Your excellent communication and sales skills will be essential in promoting our brand and achieving business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Representation**: Actively promote and showcase company products in showrooms and retail environments to enhance brand visibility.
- **Franchise Management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
- **Sales Strategies**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive product sales and increase market share.
- **Promotional Activities**: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns that engage customers and drive foot traffic.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting achievements and areas for development.
- **Customer Engagement**: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or retail management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
