About the Job

We are hiring a Course Counsellor with 1+ years of experience in student counselling, sales, or customer support If you have strong communication skills and enjoy guiding students toward their career goals, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide guidance to students on course options, enrollment processes, and career pathways.
- Handle inquiries via calls and call leads, providing accurate and engaging information.
- Follow up on leads gathered by field marketers from promotional activities, open houses, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update call leads in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to enhance the student experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

- A degree or postgraduate qualification (Marketing background is a plus).
- 1+ years of experience in student counselling, sales, or customer support (Education sector experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong persuasion, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
