Job Role

We are looking for a **PPC (Production Planning & Control) Executive** with expertise in **CNC operations and nesting software**. The role involves optimizing material usage, managing production schedules, and ensuring efficient fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee production processes in coordination with CNC operations
- Create and optimize **nesting programs** for material efficiency
- Coordinate with the design, procurement, and production teams for smooth workflow
- Monitor raw material consumption and reduce wastage
- Ensure timely execution of production schedules and adherence to deadlines
- Maintain reports on CNC cutting efficiency, production output, and inventory

**Requirements**:

- Experience in **PPC for steel fabrication / PEB industry**:

- Strong knowledge of **CNC machines and nesting software** (AutoNest, SigmaNEST, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines
