Telecaller Counselor

Conduct outbound calling to potential beneficiaries who are enrolled in our skills development programs
- Provide comprehensive counseling to help beneficiaries identify suitable job opportunities after completion of skill training programs
- Follow up with enrolled beneficiaries to track progress and provide continued support
- Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions in our database
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure seamless transition of beneficiaries from counseling to enrollment
- Contribute to the development of outreach strategies to improve beneficiary engagement
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
