**2. Familiarity with SCADA or PLC-controlled CIP systems.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **1. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience operating CIP systems in a dairy processing plant.**

2. Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, food safety standards, and sanitation chemicals.

3. Basic knowledge of mechanical and automation systems used in CIP processes.

4. Operate CIP systems for cleaning tanks, pipelines, and production equipment.

5. Monitor and control CIP cycles, including chemical concentrations, temperatures, and flow rates.

6. Ensure effective cleaning and sanitation as per SOPs and regulatory requirements.

7. Maintain records of CIP cycles, chemical usage, and cleaning schedules.

8. Perform pre
- and post-CIP inspections to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
