**Key Responsibilities**:
TPA Executive:
- Coordinate and liaise with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to ensure seamless processing of insurance claims and patient reimbursements.
- Manage TPA documentation, including policy verification, pre-authorization requests, and claim submissions.
- Track and resolve TPA-related issues and discrepancies, working closely with insurance companies and the hospital’s financial team.
- Monitor and report on claims status and follow up on pending claims to ensure timely payment.
- Provide detailed information and support to patients regarding insurance coverage, claim status, and any required paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of TPA-related interactions and transactions.
Billing Department:
- Prepare and submit accurate billing information for inpatient and outpatient services.
- Verify insurance details and ensure correct coding and billing for medical procedures and treatments.
- Review and resolve billing discrepancies, including claim rejections and denials, by working with both internal teams and external payers.
- Process and monitor insurance payments, patient co-pays, and outstanding balances.
- Communicate with patients to clarify billing inquiries, including providing itemized statements and answering questions about charges.
- Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies, regulatory standards, and insurance guidelines.
