**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in sourcing and purchasing raw materials like coconut husks, packaging supplies, pallets, fertilizers, etc.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
- Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best supplier options.
- Issue purchase orders and track delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of materials.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal departments (production, stores, accounts).
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs to avoid production delays.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding shortages, delays, or quality issues.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and budget guidelines.
- Prepare regular procurement reports for management review.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
- Familiarity with coir/coco peat industry or agro-based raw materials is an advantage.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Zoho, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
