**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling and on-brand visual content for campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
- Develop and maintain the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for feedback and revisions.
- Design layouts for websites, landing pages, and mobile interfaces, optimizing for user experience and engagement.
- Work with copywriters and creative directors to produce final designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and design techniques.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of design work.
- Proficiency in design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Creativity, flexibility, and a keen eye for aesthetics.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with video editing and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for web design purposes.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
- Proven experience in Photoshop, Illustrator.
