**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Assist in creating engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms.
- Develop visually appealing graphics, videos, and written content.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and schedule posts on Hibox social media channels.
- Monitor social media accounts and engage with the audience.
- **Campaign Support**:

- Support the execution of social media marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor social media analytics to assess the performance of campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing key metrics and insights.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Foster and grow online communities through active engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
- **Trend Monitoring**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and social media best practices.
- Provide recommendations for content and strategy improvements based on trends.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure cohesive branding across platforms.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners for collaborative marketing efforts.
- **Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to inform social media strategy.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- **Creativity**:

- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong storytelling skills through visuals and captions.
- **Communication**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with online audiences.
- **Adaptability**:

- Ability to adapt to evolving trends and algorithms in social media.
- Openness to learning and implementing new social media tools and features.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- Strong attention to detail in content creation and scheduling.
- Ensure accuracy in information and adherence to brand guidelines.
