**Experience**:

- 1+ years of experience and/ or having Contacts with Government officials.

**Job description**:

- To Coordinate and build networks with government departments.
- To file police complaints and to take all such actions before anycompetent authorities in respect of our properties.
- Toexecutedeed(s)ofrectification/addendum/correction/saledeedsin respect of company properties, instrument as may be necessary in order to perfectly transfer title in respect of the Said Properties and to clear defects of any nature whatsoever with regard to the Properties.
- Arrangeforthetitlereportsandtitlefilesandgetitverifiedfrom advocates appointed by the company.
- CoordinatemeetingswithGovt.officials/advocates/landlordsand management of the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,366.64 - ₹45,988.86 per month
