Customer Assistant

Customer Communication: Interacting with customers to understand their printing and packaging needs, addressing inquiries, and providing information about services.
Order Processing: Managing orders from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with production teams to meet deadlines.
Problem Resolution: Resolving customer issues or concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Staying informed about the company's printing and packaging capabilities to guide customers and offer suitable solutions.
Quoting and Pricing: Providing accurate price quotes based on customer requirements and negotiating terms when necessary.
Collaboration with Production: Liaising between customers and production teams, ensuring specifications are met and facilitating smooth order fulfillment.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and any relevant details for future reference.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring the final printed and packaged products meet the agreed-upon quality standards.
Market Knowledge: Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market demands to provide valuable insights and improve customer service.
Sales Support: Collaborating with the sales team to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and contributing to achieving revenue targets.
Feedback Collection: Gathering customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and communicating suggestions to relevant departments.
Adaptability: Being flexible and adaptive to changing customer needs and company processes.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
