Hiring for a premier tech-enabled Brand Film and Video Production company based in Bangalore.

Creating over 1000+ videos every year, the organization collaborates with filmmakers from all around the globe. They're the go-to for big brands and top-notch advertising agencies, providing end-to-end film and video production powered by cutting-edge technology

From ad films, digital films, branded content, CSR documentaries and web series, their film production services cater to a range of communication needs and deliver stories that win over audiences. Having delivered nearly 4000 pieces of content, the company has grown to a team of 60 people since they began operations in 2017.

**Location**:Jayamahal, Bangalore

**Experience**:

- 3+ years in managing Video Production.
- Prior experience in advertising/ communication/ marketing agencies required.
- An International exposure in the form of education or managing global projects will be highly preferred.

**Must Have Skills**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively liaise with global clients, vendors, and production teams.
- Proficient in line production, scheduling, and coordination, both on-site and remotely, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage contracts and fees.

**Key Deliverables**:

- **Create Detailed Briefs**: Craft comprehensive project briefs to guide the production process and align with client expectations.
- **Global Coordination**: Collaborate with international clients and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and coordination on a global scale.
- **Remote and On-Ground Production**: Oversee line production activities both on-site in India and remotely in various countries, ensuring smooth execution of brand films.
- **Negotiate Contracts and Fees**: Negotiate agreements and financial arrangements with crews, ensuring optimal use of resources within budget constraints.
- **Ensure Quality and Timeliness**: Monitor video production quality and adhere to project schedules, maintaining a high standard of work and timely delivery of projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
