**Role Overview**:We are in search of a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Associate. This role focuses on implementing comprehensive social media strategies, content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis across various platforms to enhance our clients' online presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute robust organic marketing strategies across all social media platforms.
- Stay updated and proficient in utilizing the latest AI tools and trends in social media marketing.
- Create engaging content tailored to client requirements for social media platforms.
- Utilize expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads for effective campaign management.
- Drive organic growth on social media platforms through relevant, impactful posts.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with team members on content creation to meet client objectives.
- Ensure clear communication in English for effective interaction with international clients.
- Leverage previous experience in social media marketing, especially within a digital marketing agency.
- Proactively generate creative content and demonstrate initiative in project execution.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient communication in English, crucial for engaging with international clients.
- Demonstrated experience in organic social media growth and content creation.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads is essential.
- Proven track record in Social Media Marketing, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Ability to proactively create impactful content and drive campaigns.
- A go-getter attitude with a passion for excellence in social media strategy.

**Salary**: ₹10,259.58 - ₹25,000.00 per month
