- College Graduate with pleasing personality
- Proficient in MS Office Applications i.e. Word & Excel,
- Trustworthy
- Ability to deal and communicate at all level
- A polite and friendly manner with good etiquette
- Strong efficiency and punctuality
- Good organizational skills
- Good command over English, Kannada ( Hindi will be advantage)
- Must be professional, preferable female

**Responsibilities and Duties**
Essential: Excellent command over English & local languages
What is required:

- Management of the front desk
*Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
*Assist in Invoicing and maintain office stock list and order office supplies as needed
*Attending incoming and outgoing calls
*Responsible for dispatching courier mails and keeping a record of them
- Distributing and maintaining record of all inward documents/parcel received
- Any other work entrusted from time to time.
**Key Skills**
Friendly, cheerful and helpful, Ability to handle many tasks at the same time, Good social and interpersonal skills
**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Microsoft Office: 1 year
- total work: 1 year
- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year
