Patient Counselor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultations**:

- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client concerns, needs, and goals.
- Educate clients on available skin and hair treatments, including benefits, procedures, and aftercare.
- **Treatment Recommendations**:

- Suggest personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments and clinic protocols.
- Collaborate with dermatologists and therapists to ensure treatments align with medical guidance.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain a welcoming and empathetic approach to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Address client queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
- **Sales and Upselling**:

- Promote clinic packages, loyalty programs, and additional services to clients.
- Achieve monthly counseling and sales targets as set by management.
- **Documentation and Follow-up**:

- Maintain accurate records of consultations, treatment plans, and client feedback.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage continued engagement.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with dermatologists, therapists, and the front office team to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
