**Job Title: Customer Support Executive**

**Responsibilities**:
- **Product Support**: Provide product knowledge and troubleshooting assistance to customers, helping them make informed decisions and resolve issues efficiently.
- **Order Management**: Assist customers with order inquiries, returns, exchanges, and tracking, ensuring seamless and positive experiences throughout.
- **Issue Resolution**: Resolve customer complaints and concerns with patience and empathy, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- **Documentation**: Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system to improve future service and support.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, operations, and logistics) to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
- **Feedback & Improvement**: Gather customer feedback and relay important insights to management for continuous process and service improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service or customer support, with at least 1-2 years in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and customer support tools.
- Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude when dealing with customers.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
