This position is for DEO(data entry operator)/OA (Office Assistant) for Intelligence and Strategic Operations in the field of E-tendering. This is a specialized data entry job involving client interaction and collection of client data.

We are looking for smart and specialized Data Entry operators in our ITES especially in the field of E-tendering to carry over ITES operations especially in the field of e-tendering.

Prelude :We like to brief about the requirements in this job and about our company.

We, Yarky farms are into e-tendering for past 10 years and we are also providing unique online service similar to e-services and essential services to various clients across India. We require Personal assistance to assist our CEO in processing various data's and professional team for implementation of such services. If selected you will be part of our team. And carry over following tasks. We Expect our Staffs to be in a radius of upto 15 kms distance from our office location (our location is mentioned at the end of this communication). so that you can reach office and home at the earliest and or on time.

This job will require you to:
1. Come and attend office on time. We require dedicated, smart and ethical peoples for our organization.

2. You must have adequate fluency in English and Tamil. Know to type in computer, draft letters, speak, read and write, in English. Knowledge of read, write and speak in Tamil (Typing knowledge in Tamil and in other language welcome). Attend calls, record caller details, prepare call logs and register requirements of caller. Any other language competency will be added advantage.

3. Travel with company owner as and when required for various meetings with clients, government officials, educational institutions, industries, etc., as and when required.

4. We expect you to have valid driving license for two wheeler and four wheeler and expect you drive two wheeler and four wheeler cautiously and professionally. We might ask you to travel locally in two wheeler to meet client or government official or tender meetings as and when required. Sometime it might require outstation travel. Travel for office purpose will be reimbursed.

5. To attend various client, vendor, buyer at office or at their place, conduct or participate in meetings, take notes, prepare summaries, and detailed report of meetings, billing them. You will also need to prepare report as and when required.

8. Drafting of letters, documents, prepare reports from client details as and when required 9. To prepare tender documents as per client requirement and as per tender request, confirm the same with e-tender sites and keep them error free before submission and submit on online site.

10. Carrying over various tender related activities as assigned by CEO

11. To answer to clients, filter and schedule appointment meeting with such clients or carry over and completion of task of the client.

12. To keep the office environment clean

13. To get trained for all type of works handled by our office

14. Facing all the clients requirement and trying to complete or assigning to right employee to complete it as and when required.

15. To be present at office at accepted time and spend office resources responsibly

16. We do not entertain frequent permission and leave.

17. Personal calls to be avoided during working time.

18. You need to attend office work and you will be engaged for 25 days of a month and max 8 hours a day for the first 1 year time. This time will be probation.

19. You will be required to type various documents for the CEO as and when required and also prepare the same for clients whenever needed.

20. Mainly you need read, decode tenders carefully and attend on behalf of our client online.

21. We adhere to zero error policy. So we expect your work at our office to be error free

22. You must be competent to handle laptop, type and produce documents without error on time.

23. You must able to work with word, excel, various browsers, handle some tools like ADOBE ACROBAT, INTERNET EXPLORER, JAVA, ANYDESK, PDF24, MS PICTURE MANAGER, MICROSOFT EDGE, GOOGLE CHROME, WINRAR, HYPER PKI AND OTHER TOOLS, which we will train you.
