Service Advisor

**Having valid four wheeler licenses**

**Experience in Automobile Sector is Mandatory.**
- Basic **assessment of vehicles **, including collision impact assessment.
- Knowing and implementing the manufacturer’s and dealership’s policies on car service - including **interval recommendations, warranty & insurance, repair and maintenance details, oil changes, spare part details, costs and prices, timelines **, etc.
- **Booking appointments **, taking inventory, conducting inspections, and sending out invoices.
- Coordinating with the manufacturers and other sources for **spare parts **& other requirements.
- Understanding of all **technical documents **related to the car.
- **Making informed recommendations **based on the customer’s needs and wants.
- **Identifying & explaining to the customer what’s required **, what has been done, how long it will take, and explanation of costs for the same.
- Communicates with Clients about Vechicle problems, and communicate the same to floor manager and technicians for the same.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Ensure customers vechicle work finished on time and details for customer services rendered and costs for those services, ensuring satisfaction at every step of interaction.
- Use all methods of customer communication including online booking, phone calls to schedule and book appointments, vechicle drops offs and pick ups.
- Coordinate with technicians about vechicle status.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Sundargarh, Odisha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Service Advisor: 2 years (preferred)
