Delhi, India Mindrops Solution Pvt Ltd Full time

Mindrops is looking for an **IT Project Coordinator** with **1-2 years** of experience who can align projects with business goals, construct detailed work plans, manage teams, achieve milestones, and communicate the result across a stakeholder audience.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the software development projects and facilitate sprint releases
- Possess a high-level understanding of computer programming languages
- Check the software projects periodically to evaluate its performance and provide updates
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Have experience with tools such as JIRA, Asana, Bugzilla, Microsoft word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.

- Problem solver, hard-working with a passion to self-learn
- Willing to work independently with little or no supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to clearly communicate technical information concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

**Note

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
