Join our dynamic team as an Academic Counselor, where you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through their educational journey. Your primary responsibility is to provide personalized academic advice, support, and assistance to help students achieve their academic and career goals.

*Responsibilities:*

1. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their academic aspirations and challenges.

2. Offer expert guidance on course selection, program requirements, and career pathways, aligning with individual student goals.

3. Stay updated on academic policies, curriculum changes, and program offerings to provide accurate information to students.

4. Assist students in developing personalized academic plans and overcoming academic obstacles.

5. Collaborate with faculty and administration to address student concerns and facilitate a positive learning environment.

6. Provide information on additional support services, such as tutoring, workshops, and resources to enhance academic success.

7. Monitor and track student progress, intervening when necessary to ensure timely completion of academic requirements.

8. Foster effective communication between students and relevant academic departments to streamline administrative processes.

9. Organize and participate in events, workshops, and orientations to enhance students' academic experience.

10. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive student information.

*English Communication Skills:*

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential for this role. You must be able to articulate complex information clearly and concisely, adapting your communication style to meet the diverse needs of students. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial to establish rapport and build trust with students, ensuring effective collaboration and understanding of their academic needs.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
