**Reel & Short-Form Video Creation**: Plan, shoot, edit, and post Reels and other short videos that align with our brand message and engage our audience.
- **Content Ideation & Planning**: Generate creative, original ideas for Reels, posts, carousels, and stories that are on-trend and aligned with our brand’s voice.
- **Social Media Strategy Collaboration**: Work closely with the social media team to align content with campaign goals, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all platforms.
- **Research & Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on social media trends, new features, and popular content formats to keep our social presence fresh and relevant.
- **Content Calendar Development**: Assist in developing and maintaining a content calendar, ensuring regular and consistent posting to maximize engagement.
- **Engagement Optimization**: Use social media insights to understand what content resonates most with our audience and adjust future posts accordingly.
- **Copywriting for Captions**: Write compelling, on-brand captions and hashtags to maximize the reach and impact of posts.
- **Audience Engagement**: Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, helping build a community around our brand.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
